Went to eat today (Saturday)... at 2pm. They were out of 2 selection .. brisket & burnt end. Due to that fact .. we had pulled pork. It was okay .. not much smoked favor -- had to add sauce. We're used to having BBQ that standsalone & doesn't have to have favor by adding sauce.

Suggestion for a BBQ place on a Saturday & you're open until 5pm ... don't run out of brisket & burnt end. We we're a first time customer .. not a good first impression.

The meat has a salty rub. Got an order to go for lunch but was not told it did not come with sauce or even on the side, kinda disappointed wanted to try the sauce and compare it to other KC BBQ. The brisket was good but the burnt ends TOO FATTY.
