Have frequented the old location and just went to new location in City Center. The server was great, but service was not. Food took longer than it should have, and actually brought out mine first (salmon was excellent), my wife’s came out10 minutes later (scallops) and they were not cooked and the server said there were 4, yet only 3 were plated. Not acceptable especially for the price ($15/scallop). They took off the bill as expected. Additionally, the ambiance is unimpressive. Feels cold and cafateria-like. The prices way exceed the experience and ambiance.

Was not as good as what I thought it would be. Staff didn't communicate well with each other, food was not what I thought it would be like at all (especially what you pay for it), and paintings do not go together to set the tone what-so-ever.

My wife and I were so excited about the new location, since it’s literally right down the street from us. The food was great as would be expected from the Sierra grill.
BUT
I’ll just say that the new location is lacking in several areas where your old location “shined”.
New restaurant:
Cold, bad lighting and absolutely zero ambiance. I felt like I was eating in an upscale corporate cafeteria inside a tin can.You can’t hear anything in the new restaurant. (Don’t even get me started on our waiter. Young condescending DB).
Old restaurant:
Dark, intimate, warm , cozy and inviting waitstaff.
A restaurant I would take dear friends and family too.
I understand that the new restaurant is going through growing pains getting the new location off the ground. We were so disappointed. If your still reading this review. You might want to save your money and wait a few months when they get their S together.

I go there three to four times a month for lunch and never disappoints with service or food.
