i had the burnt end sandwich and beans. beans a little to spicy for my taste but were good,fries were cooked perfect .not greasy and no burnt pieces like Wyandot bbq.my therory is if you wouldnt eat it yourself or take it home to mom then dont serve it .the table cleaners could use some training after watching their performance by cleaning 8 tables with the same cloth not rinsing it out before the next table,ketchup and sauce bottles were gooey and sticky.one of the young men had his pants half way down on his behind,maybe he should be required to wear a belt.i dont want to see that while im dining.last but not least is the tip thing.you stand in line ,take your tray to table get your own drink and refills and you have the option to leave tip or opt out.i chose to opt out.not much difference than going to burger king ,mcdonalds.arbys etc when standing in line. i always leave at least 20 % when a waiter,waitress,or server comes to my table. they work off tips others are paid by the hour.
