Whenever I'm in the area, I can't resist grabbing some of their irresistible smoked sausages to fire up on the grill-trust me, they turn any cookout into a flavor explosion. Their smoked turkey is a holiday legend in my book: juicy, packed with meat, and so good that I've sworn off smoking my own bird forever.
