I was VERY disappointed in this establishment. The premise is great & I was very impressed by the décor but the service & food didn't even come close to measuring up. We were there with friends & my husband and I didn't receive our food until almost an HOUR after the rest of the people at our table (and then not even at the same time, mine arrived about 20 minutes ahead of his even tho we'd both ordered the same thing). There was no apology, no explanation and the waiter was downright rude when we tried to ask when we would receive our food. None of our drink glasses were EVER refilled, in spite of requests. The food itself was so-so at best. The cole slaw MIGHT have been good but it was impossible to tell as there was less than 2 tablespoons of it served in itsy bitty condiment dishes. The fish was dry & flavorless. And the chips tasted like they'd been fried in old oil. None of the rest of our group was satisified with the food or service either & we were all very disappointed in what we'd hoped to be a great experience.
