Honest Review from someone who would NEVER write a review!
Worst service ever! They Lost....our order, we had an over two and 1/2 hour wait from beginning to end, Our visit was on a week night!!!! The Manager told us they LOST our order! Offered to pay for appetizer we had ordered an hour before that! We are locals that spend a lot of money at Old Chicago and for the last year the service, food, and wait time has been incredibly terrible and very disappointing. We believe in supporting our local businesses! This was the final straw! We will never go back! Here is the RIGHT thing to do! COMP the meal! I don’t need it comped but YOU DO! It is unacceptable to loose an order and make people wait over two hours! Then it is a slap in the face to offer to pay for an APPETIZER!!!! Which was a very small fraction of the total bill! Just do the right thing! You should be embarrassed and ashamed of your establishment! I’m not sure what has happened but your business needs to really think about your customers that try and support you!
