Tonight, I visited Pedro's with some childhood friends and found a lively atmosphere filled with great energy, friendly staff, and flavorful homemade dishes like the chorizo fundido dip and well-seasoned tacos served on perfectly grilled white corn tortillas. Despite a few drawbacks such as loud, mismatched music and slightly higher prices, the exceptional hospitality, tasty margaritas, and festive decor made for an enjoyable dining experience that I look forward to repeating.
