I think the place is great. Nothing like what they said here underneath on this page. We got great service from start to finish! A+ For them. I waited tonight 15 minutes for a table in the dining room. They were packed and people only had great things to say about the food as I heard the owner walk around and talked to every table. Even our table! Now to me that is a guy that cares about his restaurant. Go check it out for yourself! You will be glad you did! I read this post below and it made me not want to go there to see. But I'm glad I did! We will be back. Over and over!

WOW...What a friggin nightmare!! Will never make the mistake of visiting this place again. Service & food are horrible. Went there with two of my friends for a nice Mexican meal and drinks. Stopped in at 4:30 to beat the dinner crowd. Noticed that dining room was completely empty and made our way to the bar area. Started out friendly. After being served drinks, waitress come back to explain menu and take the order. When asked how the chicken was prepared for the burrito, was told that it was marinated. I asked marinated in what and she proceeded to say "marinade"!! What? They she says it is Italian dressing!! Huh, are we in a Mexican restaurant? Next order was for a triple enchilada. (one with steak, one with spinach and the other was chicken) Told the waitress to take off the beans-leave the rice. Third order was for steak fajitas with no peppers and onions and no cold plate. The order took well over an hour to come to the table.(we consumed 2 bowls of chips while waiting, one of which had an old french fry in it!!) The triple enchilada meal had a helping spoonful of beans!! I asked what it was and the waitress explained it was beans. I said that I didn't want beans and she said, "Do you want me to scrape them off?" Really?? What business presents themselves like this? I said no, I would like a new plate.(She proceeded to tell me that it would take at least 15-20 min) Meanwhile the chicken burrito had a slimy green sauce all throughout the plate. Upon asking what it was, she explained that it was verde sauce and that if we had read the menu we would have known that it came that way. Really?? What disrespect!! She wanted to know if we wanted another one and we said we were all set. The steak fajitas were served without the tortillas. When asked where there were, she stated that we didn't want the cold plate. Well, excuse me if I am wrong but dint the tortillas come warm(not cold)!! She proceeds in bringing out the warm tortillas AND the cold plate. IT ONLY GETS BETTER!! The triple enchilada finally reaches the table. After being warned about how hot the plate was, I start eating. The steak was shredded and tasted like day old tasteless pot roast covered with melted cheese. The rice was cold and tasteless as well. The spinach one, was so cold that the cheese wasn't even melted and the spinach tasted as though it was fresh from the fridge. I didn't even try the chicken one because it too was covered in that slimy green verde sauce. When the waitress came back to the table after the meal, she asked if I wanted a box!! I told her the meal was disgusting and I didn't need a box. She said it was fixed as the menu said!! I began to explain my dislike of the meal and she said that she would have to call management (that's right...CALL!!) He wasn't even in the building. When she arrived with the check, not only was the burrito that was never eaten on there, she gave us a $20 gift card to use on our NEXT visit!! Did she really think we were going to come back?? The bill was for $65 and change. I told her that I wanted to apply the gift card to that balance since I would never be coming back to this place. She said that she could not do that. She had no authority to take meals off of a check and that the manager authorized the gift card. I told her that I was not satisfied with that arrangement when she proceeded to tell me that she would take my meal off since it wasn't cooked properly. WHAT?? I told her that she just told us that she couldn't take meals off of a check but now she did? I asked for the manager. I told her that it was not her job to manage the restaurant and that I needed to speak directly to the manager (who miraculously appeared from the kitchen). When he came to the table and we explained our situation and received his apologies, he went to adjust the bill. While we were talking about the situation at our table about what had just happened, he came rushing over and said we we rent paying for anything and to get out of his restaurant!! He clearly misunderstood our conversation and wasn't giving anyone a chance to justify it to him. Voices were raging from all over, from the manager..the waitress..the bartender..a customer and us. We were even threaten that if we didn't leave they were calling the police. I was confronted by very rude language and attitudes. I am 50 years old and have NEVER been mistreated in a restaurant like this before. With bad service and horrible food, I doubt that this place will be in business for long. I only wish that I had read the reviews before going in. :(
