My wife just called to order a pizza like we have dozens of times in the past, the girl on the phone said "sorry but you're out of our delivery range of 10 mins". My wife informed her we live on the west side of Wilmot and have pizza delivered all the time... she also said we have almost enough for yet another free pizza. The girl on the phone refused.
Papa Sorvenos in Richmond had no problem delivering to us!! Needless to say, they gained a customer... and you lost one of over 15 years!! Your coupons are now in the trash!!
