China House used to have pretty good food. Over the years the food has gotten worse. Two days ago was the last straw. The rice was way undercooked and inedible. Plus, they refused to at least replace the rice. Permanently off my take-out list. Yuck!🤮

We have always have very good service from here and the food has been very good also. I don't give 5 stars because there is always room for improvement. I will continue ordering from here. I just go pick up cause door dash added $26 to our order, with fees, delivery , and tip.

Avoid! Food either overcooked til it's inedible or cold. Wonton so hard nearly broke a tooth, only to find it was wrong thing with some kind of meat (unidentifiable) inside. General Tso sauce was so cooked down it was like glue. When called to ask about the wrong item, woman was rude and overly aggressive. Really wish had not used my credit card here. Attitude does not instill trust.
Don't waste your money like i just did! AVOID!

Do not order shrimp with garlic sauce it costs 9.25. It only came with 3 pieces of shrimp and tons of veggies nothing about it was garlic. When I went back to let them know they gave me the wrong order they tried to tell me it was correct. I returned it. I will never order from there again. I went to another Chinese restaurant and sure enough shrimp with garlic sauce was exactly what it said!

Me and my fiancee just had this for the first time and it's the best Chinese we've had in KY. I recommend this Chinese food place to anyone

I have be getting take out from china house for several years and not once has my order ever been wrong. The food is always hot and the portion sizes are great. Its a little high priced but its in my home town and I can just pop right in and get what I want quickly.overall I think it's a very nice restaurant with friendly people.

Worst service ever. We have given them a few chances, but they always get our order wrong. One time when they got it wrong, they came back and gave us our food and took the food we had opened to another house. Tonight when we ordered they brought us a wrong item; I called back immediately and they said they'd send the correct item. Thirty minutes later they call and say they didn't hear us order it. They asked if we still wanted it... When they showed up with it, they made us pay for it. They also forget the fortune cookies all the time. Needless to say, we will never be ordering from them again.
