Last night was the worst at Mac donalds kids was in the drive thru Talking to the cash register people with out a car so the line was backed up for some time. When i got my meal it seem they just throw my fries in the bag i also ask for sauce i had to ask for the sauce it took 10 mins just to get sauce. Undermanagement???

Waited 43 minutes for our food order. The store was not that busy, so I cannot imagine what caused the delay.
The young lady who took our order just kept saying it would be up soon. Eventually she started sweeping the floor instead of helping get our food out. Eventually we spoke to the night manager who was very defensive and rude. Finally, she offered free fried pies as compensation for waiting so long. As if that helped our situation. We had two children with us and I felt horrible for them. Totally not acceptable!
