During our journey from the east coast to the Midwest, we stumbled upon Miguel's nestled conveniently off Interstate 64 at Hwy 60, just a stone's throw from our hotel in Frankfort. The Enchiladas Suizas left a lasting impression on me with their incredible flavors, especially when paired with refried beans instead of rice due to a food intolerance. I can't help but crave another visit to Miguel's for their exceptional food offerings and inviting atmosphere that sets it apart from other Mexican restaurants in town.
