Our grandaughter was eating dinner with us tonight. She loves to eat at Ruby Tuesdays. We had a very bad experience tonight with service. They were very unorganized about what tables they had. I had to ask the hostess who are several was. We had been seated at least 15 minutes no one came to get our order. Other patrons that were seated after us where getting waited on. Finally got to place our order took us a hour to get our food. At least 30 minutes to get our biscuits. Evidently they had a sever problem and a chef problem. The manager never came and checked on anyone to see how things where going. He definitely had to know they were having issues with service. Very disappointed. Seems like when tourist season is over the restaurant doesn't take care of the locals. Shame on you.
