it's probably not in richmond anymore (i moved away from richmond in 2010) but when i did live there, oh man, their double chili cheese burgers, chili cheese fries, waffles with syrup, and their hot fudge sundae cake slices were delicious. it was soo good there and carol was such a sweetheart too along with her family that would work there.
