Worst meal and especially worst service I have ever had . I was mortified at how unprofessional our wait staff was. Note to self... never tell friends from out of town
'this is the best London has to offer'
....meals were brought out incomplete, table sticky , floor needed swept , had to ask 3x for straws , wait staff too busy laughing and showing each other pics on their cell phones to ... and more napkins. Drinks arrived w the meal.... one diner her meal arrived after most of us were finished.... 25 years ago this was run like a tight ship... sorry but SHILOHS has sunk beyond saving...

The grilled chicken was good,but the steak was way over cooked (ordered medium,got shoe leather),the hamburger was under cooked (not pink, but raw)they left out the three salads, and all the Drinks. I complained to a manager named Brook, who was rude, and condescending.and got the salads and drinks two and a half hours later.never order there again

Ordered steak tips, cooked to long, (tough and leathery)couldn't eat them,then they left out my wife's complete meal, steak and a salad ,called a manager who apologized, and tells me she will send my food rite over,well over two hours later, they show up with the wrong food,worst experience ever ,don't waste your money

The worst food i ever had,ordered a 30$doller steak medium,cooked so long, it was leather,and tuff,cold frys,and the salad was wilted,could have lived with that,,then found a roach in the salad, i puked ,called the manager to tell them i wanted my money back, he got rude,and says nothing he can do about it .they dont give refunds

Ordered over 80$ dollers worth of food,it took two hours to get to my hotel ,and they left out more than half of my food.i called the manager was told i would get half off my next order,i told them i lived in mississippi, the manager. Got rude and yelled at me , what you won't me to do about it,we don't. Give refunds then hung up on me,never got the rest of my food.DON'T EAT HERE

Beware, when you order a well done burger it may come to you very pink inside! Gross, never going back to this place again.
