After finishing some bourbon tastings, we slowed down at Rising Sons where Francine, the owner, welcomed us like old friends and guided us through a thoughtful wine tasting paired perfectly with cheeses, chocolates, and even homemade jams. The experience felt like sharing stories around her kitchen table, complete with recipes for sangrias and a warm, family atmosphere that truly showcases the best of Kentucky beyond just bourbon.

After an incredible bourbon tasting, we unwound at a cozy family-owned winery where the friendly owner provided excellent wine pairings, delicious homemade jams, and a warm atmosphere that made us feel right at home, resulting in a memorable experience that I can't wait to repeat.
