The food was satisfactory for the price, and the service was average. The atmosphere was decent, as expected for a casual wings restaurant. The wings were delicious and reasonably priced, making it my preferred choice over other sports bars. The server, Ayiona, provided exceptional service without being intrusive, earning her high praise. The only downside was the lack of seasoning on the wings, but the helpful general manager, Kyle, quickly resolved any issues that arose.

This has been my favorite place to eat for a long time. Today, after calling 4 times before I got through, I was placed on hold. After 8 minutes of waiting, I drove to the store while staying on hold. I pulled up to a parking lot that was half full and was greeted by 3 employees who were chatting at the check in station. I asked to speak to a manager and told/showed her I was still on hold trying to place an order. She rudely said we are busy, what do you want me to do about it. I said you have 3 employees just standing here and she snarkly said they just clocked in. A simple I'm very sorry, can we get you a rush order put in would have been great but instead I got a rude manager who has no idea how to provide customer service. I wont set my feet in this establishment again and that sucks but I can't stand for this type of management. I can't tell you many times we have come with our entire baseball or basketball team on my suggestion. I'll make sure we don't do that again.
