I visited this location a few times and have had one time that my drink good. Customer service needs improvement. They are more concerned talking to each other instead of focusing on the customer.

Horrible customer service. Takes forever to get your order. Cashiers talk to their friends thru the drive thru making others have to wait for no reason. Florence is so much friendlier and faster. This location is a disappointing.
