Went there for dinner last night, was rudely informed they only have wings and thighs, so we paid full price for the worst chicken pieces. They forgot to include the biscuits that we purchased so had to go through the drive thru again to get the biscuits, when I got to the drive thru window, the woman rudely threw the biscuits at me without saying a word. A simple "Sorry" goes a long way. I understand everyone is hurting right now and short staff makes things hard, but it certainly doesn't make me want to come back when your employees treat their customers like dirt.
