Have been going to Popeyes for years in Franklin ky since I live in portland tn. My husband and I have never had a bad experience after 11yrs until today. Go as usual an order my FRESHLY cooked straight out the grease spicy sandwich combo and was told I'm not dropping just one chicken. WOW caught me off guard....there must be a new sheriff in town. Customer service skills awful. I was ready to be told that they where gonna pull me forward and bring it out cuz that's what they have done for 11yrs. I ask for my food fresh because when I don't it's cold and saggy. Very disappointed today.....they have lost a customer....gallatin or Madison tn here we come.
