I live right next door to this place and have been a steady customer. I used to brag on their food. Unfortunately, quality has gone down hill, FAST. I went in two nights ago and waited just under an hour for a burger and fries. AN HOUR. When I got it, it was an absolute mess. I ordered it to-go. They just threw it in the box. Bun was off the burger. Fries were scattered on top of the cheese. If I told my 3 year old to put together a hamburger, this is probably what he’d make. All would be forgiven if the food was legit, right?! Sorry my dude. The fries were stale and the burger was extremely dry. I contacted the restaurant directly to try to resolve this before resorting to a bad review. They took my number but never called back. If they’re not going to care enough to at least call me back, then I don’t want them preparing my food. But hey, I don’t want to keep anyone from having a good time. If you’d like to wait an hour for your food and have it stale and dry when it arrives, this is the place for you!
