I always look forward to Saturday mornings in Paducah. The smells of fresh fruits, flowers,soaps, and fresh breads. All the vibrant colors of the veggies, red orange yellow and purple tomatoes, the Green beans and the purple hull peas along with the Butter beans the okra, red yellow orange and green bell peppers, the jalapeños okra, peaches and the bins of fresh yellow corn. Need information on how to can or freeze fruits and vegetables, this is the place !
