The restaurant we visited had excellent food, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and everything went smoothly during our visit. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Need to delete "scratch kitchen" from their name. The hamburger pattie was preformed and tasteless. The fries were straight from the freezer. Burger came without a top bun. Took two requests to fix that.

A few years ago we stopped at Cheddars in London Ky. on our way Gatlinburg Tennessee.It became one of our favorite restaurants. Since we don't have one in the area that we're from we always look for one when we travel. We've been to Cheddars in Illinois,Wisconsin ,a few in Tennessee and many in Florida.They had always been really good. Last week we were traveling to Myrtle Beach and stopped at Cheddars in London Ky.. We were very surprised,very disappointed.We both ordered salad( it wasn't very fresh) I had the sirloin ( kinda tough) my husband had the salmon ( didn't taste as good as usual). Our waitress was great.Were still going to look for Cheddars where ever we go and hope we get our favorite restaurant back next time.
