Approx 1 out of two families that came to the door left due to the wait. The staff are kind but cannot help the conditions. The food was cold when it arrived and apparently their heat lamp is broken in back, yet they are serving food this way. Their solution"¦put it in the microwave. If I wanted microwave food I could have stayed home. My biggest disappointment no cinnamon pancakes. I have no desire to return. This is our 2nd long wait time at this store.
