We ate at Cottage Cafe in Nicholasville, Ky for dinner. My husband had the meatloaf, green beans and mashed potatoes. I had the hot brown. The food was delicious and service was wonderful. Best meal we have had in a long time. We will be returning for sure.

Me personally for the money u can't beat it I mean 11 dollars will buy u the biggest fully dressed double cheeseburger u can eat and u can pick 2 sides with it I usually get fries and Mac and cheese but hell I spend 11 dollars at McDonald's by my self so if I'm gonna spend at least 11 bucks this is where it's at u can also get a country fried steak mashed potatoes and gravy and another side for the same price or fried fish for 11.99 with 2 sides u just can't beat the prices there breakfast all day everyday good country cooking and cheap prices

Everything I've ever ordered here has been wonderful. I've never left hungry. It's great from breakfast to dinner or even breakfast for dinner lol. Love the Cottage Cafe.😊

Have visited Cottage Cafe several times, have never been disappointed with any food item, dine in or take out!! I dine in mostly, all staff always very friendly & attentive. Large portions of food, very well worth the price! I definitely recommend this restaurant!

My husband and I eat here regularly and the food is always good. The portions are hugh.The staff is friendly. Just a pleasant place to have a meal. Love the food and the staff.

Fish sandwich was amazing! I was really impressed with their coconut cream pie. Great for quality time out with family and/or friends. Go elsewhere if you’re in a hurry. Friendly staff in a paced environment is all part of its charm!

Ordered a chef salad. It is made differently every time and this time there was no egg, barely a little cheese and just three single crumbles of bacon. I asked for egg and more cheese and was charged 80 cents for the egg and 50 cents for more cheese. When I asked about the charges along with the 1.89 charge for WATER, I was told that prices have gone up and if you request a boiled egg (which is part of a chef salad ) you will pay almost a dollar more for it. The homemade thousand island dressing is almost all mayonnaise. This place is way too expensive for what you can make better at home, and where water is free. The restaurant is expensive for the quality you get.
