The employees who help you find books and check out are unbelievably kind and helpful, making every visit a breeze, though the cafe staff can sometimes come off a bit grumpy and slow when handling orders. Still, with an amazing kids' section, a comfy atmosphere, and a Starbucks right inside, this Barnes & Noble is my go-to for relaxing afternoons filled with books, warm drinks, and a little friendly conversation.

The staff at this Barnes & Noble location are incredibly helpful and friendly, especially when assisting with finding books or offering recommendations. While the cafe workers may seem a bit aloof, the overall experience at this store is positive due to the caring attitude of the staff. The selection of books and novelty items is impressive, and the employees are always ready to lend a hand if needed.
