Best steak sandwiches in Knoxville! The customer service and fries are great too. All the sandwiches I have got I have enjoyed and thought they were so scrumdiddlity scrumptious

Came here tonight we waited over 41+ minutes to get our food and all we got about 25 minutes in was paid for our food and got our drinks. The people who made the food went pretty good but the guy handing the orders out was taking forever, had wrapped food sitting beside him that he didnt really even care to hand out. A woman who came in and waited several minutes for a pickup on a to go order had to call out to the guy at the 2nd register that if the food behind him that had been sitting there was a to go order that it was hers.....its ridiculous. And the people before us missed on a fry they ordered. People are rather frustrated tonight as am I for the service received. I understand people are new sometimes to jobs but this individual did not act like he wanted to even be here none the less give the food out to the customers after they were made. :/ disappointed. It is now 45 minutes + and we still haven't gotten our food even people after us that came in got their food before we did....
