Absolutely terrible customer service!!!

I order "2 Vietnamese coffees, Large and Red Velvet, 2 scoops gelato". She charges and brings me red velvet cake. I tell her that is wrong. She says "you said red velvet" to which I, calmly, reply "I said red velvet, 2 scoops gelato" to which she replies "you don't have to be mean". First off, there is never a time that an employee should call a customer mean. She gets my gelato, hands it to me and starts to walk off. I ask her if she's going to refund my money. She says "they're the same price." I look at the sign sitting right there by the counter and say "no they're not, 2 scoops says $3.25, not the $4+ dollars" (cake was actually 4.99 so $1.74 difference). Thankfully, I got my refund, but not without another smartass comment from her. Out loud for the other employee in the front to hear, I explain that she literally called me mean and there's never a time to treat a customer that way. The other employee looks and is watching and listening, but does or says nothing.

The gelato was good, but the scoops are TINY. Not sure if it's worth the price. The Vietnamese coffee? The first cup wasn't very good. The second was significantly better, but still not the best Vietnamese coffee I have ever had. Thanks to the rude customer service, I won't be back and I will be telling my coworkers and clients not to bother with trying it.

Food is excellent but Millennials workers were extremely rude and not helpful. I agree this will be the downfall of this business. Unfortunate!!!

Everything is good. Nice place to have in lafayette. Unfortunately all the employees are millennials which will be its deathnell.
