Took about 30 minutes per dozen of oysters to come out. Only only person shucking oysters for all orders of oysters. The manager was cursing and hollering in kitchen which everone could hear from the tables....so unprofessional. My daughter was scared and asked us to leave. The baked potato and was ice cold in middle. They took it back and put in microwave and brought back to us.

The person taking my order over the phone for a pick up has consistently made mistakes when submitting the order.
The prices are not updated on their online menu.
The large seafood gumbo (the to-go container) is actually very small and certainly not worth $18.00… and did not have one single oyster in the multiple orders we had. Also, not very tasty and does not reflect “local flavor” at all.
The floors are sticky and could use a really good cleaning.
Staff could use some “customer service” training. Without great customer service, the whole experience is lacking.
This place has potential, but until management steps up their game, it will never stand out and continue to be just mediocre.

Like the lady above my review it was a very sad experience when I left the store a call to complain about the gumbo we took to go home in and it turned out not a cup it was a half a cup of Gumbo for $7. I proceeded to call the store to complain about it and it must have been the same person she's referring to because he did not want to come to the phone when the young lady asked for him to come speak to me he was all up in the background hollering and screaming what what what do they want what I can't do nothing about it but about this and that so I proceeded to tell them I would call the owner he never made the remark to me do what you want but I'm sure he probably said it when I hung up the phone. The little waitress was very polite but could not grasp what we were trying to order confusing us and confusing her. I asked for fried shrimp only they brought out this big plate that I did not want to spend $18 on plus my cup of supposedly seafood gumbo for $7 which only came up to half a cup of the gumbo I'm highly disappointed in the attitude of the manager who was in charge that day. I would not recommend it to anyone myself. I grew up with the family of the owner of this restaurant and I intend to try to reach him to let him know what type of people are running his store for him. And I agree for the attitude that this manager in charge had they do not deserve customers especially at this time with a coronavirus going on and people are starving for business and all of this and they have to come out with people like this.

The service was TERRIBLE!!!! We were a party of approximately 50 people and we were assigned only one waitress. She tried to accommodate us as best as she could but it was an impossible task. Let it be known that we made reservations weeks in advance so our presence was not a surprise. When we question the manager JOSHUA why we were allotted one waitress he became very rude and when we said we would contact the owner his response was "call who you want!" I will NEVER again patronize this establishment nor will I recommend it to anyone. The service along with the attitude of management let's me know that they do not deserve my business or my money.
