we were traveling back from Florida back to our home in Austin Tx on our 4th of July 2014 celebration when suddenly , I was hungry for BBQ and my husband wanted cajun food. We took exit 4 aprox 4 miles from the Texas/ Louisiana border inside of Louisiana heading to Commeaux`s restaurant. I ordered the brisket and my husband ordered the catfish bou-yea. My brisket was prepared perfect and there was so much I had to take it home,which I had enough for 2 more meals. My husband's catfish he really enjoyed in fact he claims it was so good it changed his accent. he kept saying HEY BAY BAY DA NEXT TIME WE PASSING TRU LOUISIANA LETS HAUL _OFF AND STOP AT COMMEAUX`S RESTAURANT FOR SOM-MO OF DAT GOOD FOOD AT COMMEAUX`S YEA.DATS WHAT I`M TALKING ABOUT! ITS SO GOOD IF I WERE A FREIGHT TRAIN I WOULD TOOK THE FIRST DIRT ROAD TO GOT DERE QUICK !
