There's a fantastic restaurant in Okemo that has become our go-to for special occasions, and we were thrilled to return for my husband's birthday. The food was exceptional, from the melt-in-your-mouth lamb shank to the incredible fig and gorgonzola flatbread, and the service was as attentive as ever, making for a memorable dining experience.
