12/26/2014 - Mike L.
Quality of food seemed to be worse everytime I went.My daughter and granddaughter got sick after they ate some crab salad. Will not eat there ever again!
08/07/2014 - Michael K
My family stopped going to this location after repeated experiences with poor food quality. We still patronized their Grand Rapids location on Alpine until it closed - likely buckling to the competition from a nearby Golden Corral.
The restaurant's poor response to this recent incident (https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10152274141737285), which appears from the follow up reporting to include the manager re-inviting the attacker back into the restaurant instead of ejecting him; while not addressing or offering protection to the victim will now result in my family boycotting all of the parent company's restaurants and encouraging all friends, family, coworkers, and persons with whom we come into contact to do the same.
Had the restaurant and its parent company come out with some semblance of an apology or contrition, all of this frenzy could have been avoided. The fact that they didn't even try to create the illusion of apology - let alone one that was sincere - demonstrates that this is not a company worthy of the LGBT community; not to mention the children and families that they allege to seek to serve in their "family friendly atmosphere."
