We ordered some basic appetizers like mozzarella sticks, wings, and spinach/artichoke dip, and they were all really good. We got takeout from here and the service was decent. If they happen to have the entree you're craving in stock, it's pretty darn good, but it's a good idea to call ahead to double-check. The staff is nice, the birthday meal deal is a nice touch, and they have a good beer selection. The food is tasty and the prices are reasonable. The smoked BBQ meatloaf on their new menu is definitely worth a try. I hadn't been here in years but was pleasantly surprised when I stopped by on a Sunday. The people were friendly, and there were no complaints from me. The traditional steak and potatoes meal was not my usual go-to, but my dining companion was in the mood for it. We stumbled upon Finleys and were impressed by the great food and speedy service. The steaks were cooked perfectly, and the service was fast and attentive. Before dining here, I had expected it to be similar to another BBQ spot I like, but it turned out to be even better. The pulled chicken with fries and mashed sweet potatoes was delicious, and my boyfriend enjoyed his rack of ribs. Kat, the bartender, provided excellent service despite a busy bar. She was on top of everything, and we didn't have to wait long for anything. This place is definitely recommended! We came here for a tasting and to try some smoked food, and we were blown away by the awesome food and the amazing service from Ben Graham, the catering director. We'll definitely be using them for our catering needs in the future. The Michigan beer selection is excellent, and the BBQ-focused menu has consistently tasty options. The portions are generous, so you definitely won't leave hungry. They have a few TVs in the bar area if you want to catch a game while you eat. The ribs are a standout choice. One quirky thing to note is the unusual music playing in this bar and grill.
