I really appreciate that BIGGBY offers Fair-trade coffee, it's one of the reasons I enjoy coming here. However, I noticed that I didn't receive points on my previous visits, which is frustrating. The staff at the drive-thru were very friendly and efficient, making it a great spot for quick meetings or study sessions.
