After a long day at a conference, I indulged in some truly authentic Cuban flavors-the plantains were perfectly caramelized, and the yuca cheese balls burst with freshness. While the Cuban sandwich hit the mark, the ropa vieja and vaca frita impressed with their rich, savory depth, making it clear this kitchen knows its craft despite a few minor service delays.

After attending a conference, I decided to grab a bite here and found the food to be quite enjoyable despite the slow service. The plantains and yuca cheese balls stood out, and the ropa vieja was good, though I lacked a point of comparison.
