I visited a beloved restaurant in Laredo and indulged in delicious burritos and chicken enchiladas, evoking memories of home-cooked fideo soup like my mom used to make. While it was once a fantastic dining spot, the rising prices and smaller portions have left me feeling slightly disappointed.
