The sabor here is autí©ntico and exactly where locals go, especially when craving menudo after a rough night. The food is affordable, the salsas complement the dishes perfectly, and the staff goes out of their way to make sure you're taken care of, even bringing takeout orders directly to you. I swing by every week or two for some delicious menudo and great service, though I wish they accepted cards since I'm not used to carrying cash.

The food here has a great flavor and feels authentic, like a spot where the locals go for a good meal. It's a bit away from the main downtown area, but worth the trip. The prices are reasonable and my husband is a big fan of their menudo and salsas.
