While in Las Vegas, I discovered the Las Vegas Coffee and Roasting Company, where I obtained freshly roasted beans for my coffee shop in Denver. The owners are friendly and accommodating, and their Brazilian coffee is superior to mainstream brands. The freshly roasted and chilled coffee from LVC&RC offers a consistent and refreshing taste that is worth the investment, with affordable pricing options available at the farmer's market.
