I first discovered this food truck on Fremont Street, and it quickly became a favorite of mine. The lobster corndog is nothing short of incredible, bursting with flavor and perfectly paired with sriracha mayo. Every time I visit, I'm greeted by a friendly staff that creates a fun atmosphere, making me excited to see what new creations they have on the menu.
