I recently visited a newly opened business and was impressed by the beautiful interior and the warm presence of the owner and his wife behind the counter. It was evident that the establishment was run as a family business, and I was delighted by the authentic macaroons made with ganache and the gluten-free options available, which are perfect for individuals with intolerances. The pastries were exceptional, and I am looking forward to returning for breakfast in the near future.
