I visited this PT's location on the other side of town to experience Chef Chris Palmeri's special meals inspired by flavors from south of the border. Upon arriving just after 5 PM, I quickly decided on the chicken breast with almond mole and garlic spinach from the menu. The chicken had a delicious fried crust, and the mole was rich with a distinct almond flavor. The Mexican squash with cotija cream was exceptional, offering a crisp texture and flavorful combination of ingredients. The experience was truly worth the trip, and the service from the staff, especially Missi the bartender, was exceptional.
