Yes today I had the worst experience ever I was recommended to try Culichi restaurant so I searched for their information and an option popped up. I proceeded to call and ask if I had called the Culichi restaurant, they said yes and I proceeded to place and pay my order on the phone and was very excited to try the food. As I entered the information on Mapquest and me not being familiar with the area, things were not looking as they were described to me. I was looking for a formal restaurant and so I had the feeling that I called the wrong place then I double checked the source where I got the information from and they told me that was not the place. So then I called them back to cancel my order because everything was a mistake and I had called the wrong place. They told me "sure no problem but you are not getting the money back". I said "excuse me I just told it was an acvident and a mistake". I asked to please speak to the manager and the lady said of course and put me on hold. Someone came to the phone and identified themselves as a person working on the front and the only thing she said she needed to tell me without asking any questions was "it was your decision to cancel the order but that we will not refund the money. To feel free to cancel the transaction on your side and goodluck with that." Then she hung up the phone after that I looked for their website and found facebook and decided to leave a comment talking about my awful experience with them on the phone. So as I finish writing my comment it came to mind to learn the names of the ladies who were so rude to me on the phone. So I called the restaurant back and identified myself and asked if I could please have their names, the lady that answered the phone spoke in a loud tone saying"its the same lady with the to go order" and she asked why did I want the names for, and I responded that I am planning to write a review on as many places as I can find and I would like their names so I can include them in my reviews. She simply hung up the phone. So I went back on facebook to add my latest experience with them and as I was going through their page I noticed that Culichi was not even their name anymore which infuriates me even more because I did ask if I was calling the Culichi restaurant and I was told that I was and it turned out that I was not. So to me its very unprofessional and in poor taste that they handled this situation how they did, so at the end I lost 120 dollars and I had the worst experience , obivously I would not recommend this place and I would love to know if there is a corporate office number or a place where I can complain because I think its very unfair.
