During my recent trip to Vegas, Roo and Eimi recommended a BBQ joint claiming to have the best ribs in town. Skeptical at first, I was pleasantly surprised by the tender, flavorful meat that practically melted in my mouth. The homemade sides like creamed spinach and garlic mashed potatoes added a delicious touch to the meal, and the sweet tea was the perfect balance of sweetness. Overall, the experience at this BBQ spot exceeded my expectations and left me eager to return for more.
