After attending a play at UNLV on Super Bowl Sunday, I discovered Fatburger, a restaurant I had never visited during my years in New York. I ordered a medium original burger with fries and a Maui banana shake, enjoying the retro atmosphere and pleasant service, although the burgers were quite peppery and the restaurant could use some renovations.
