After decades of ownership, my wife and I finally visited VI's Carriage House in Las Vegas, where we encountered a couple on the elevator who were unhappy with their recent presentation experience. Despite their complaints, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality and cleanliness, feeling grateful for the positive impact VI Resorts has had on our family vacations over the years.
