I had the Lomo Saltado, and it blew me away with its flavor and tenderness. My daughter, who is quite picky about ceviche, absolutely loved the Fish Ceviche, which was perfectly lime-based and authentic. The service was quick and friendly, making this a fantastic choice for anyone craving delicious Peruvian food while in Vegas.
