11/16/2009 - Charlie Boy
What a nightmare..........BUT the nightmare is over! Doors closed, lights out!
In respond to your last post: He didn't need your money. He was supported by wealthy parents as he decided to play restaurant owner. We go out 6 days a week. D--ch- Boy owner was friendly on our first visit. My kids couldn't decide on sausage or pepperoni. I asked jf he can go half and half. Smilly D--ch- responds, "I can do that for you." We ordered alot, so I didn't even check the bill. About 3 days later, I ordered the $9.99 one topping special. I asked if he could go half and half again. Once again, he responds, "I can do that for you." The bill was almost $16! I questioned it and he responded that was the best he could do with what I ordered. Never went back. He knows that his parents money bought the business, probably his car and his wife! Go to Napoli which is awesome. By the way, the$7.99 take out special with 1 topping can be split half and half!
10/12/2009 - Unsatisfied customer
After having been a loyal customer of this location for over three years, I was not only treated rudely by the man who claimed to be not only the manager, but the owner of this location. He hung up on me no less than three times on this Monday morning, and the sad part is that I had been ordering from them any where from 2 to 3 times per week on the regular. I even had recommended them to several patrons of my own business, when they asked for a great place to eat. So sadly, I will no longer be giving them my patronage; and when I told the man on the phone this, he said, and I quote, "Good. I don't need your money." So from one patron to the next, I am going to have to give a terrible review of this Fox's Den Pizza in Henderson Nevada, based on an utterly horrifying customer service experience. For if the person who claims to be the owner, can be so very rude to a loyal customer of over three years, lord only knows how he or his staff may treat you!
