The hibachi experience at Bonsai was a blast! The chef was entertaining and accommodating, making sure everyone had a great time. The food was delicious, especially the hibachi steak and flavorful veggies. It was a fun and tasty dining experience that I'd definitely do again!

The worst Japanese restaurant in the valley. The owner, who by the way is not Japanese and has no integrity at all. I complained about my eel sushi, which looked like it was just the skin part and was very small sitting on top of the rice, and felt like there were scales or bones when I ate it. The owner comes out and tells me that's just the way they cut it. Didn't apologize, nor try to correct the problem. My wife paid the check without finishing my first plate on the All you can eat menu, tip the waiter, and left the place. I'm never going back to that place.
