My go-to taco spot in Las Vegas is a small food truck located near a former car wash, with a faded name that might be hard to read without the attached pictures for reference. The Al Pastor and chicken tacos I tried were generously filled with flavorful meat, accompanied by grilled onions, radish, cucumbers, and lemon on the side. The salsa selection includes a creamy yellow option and a fiery red one, all served by the friendly staff who only accept cash payments. It's definitely worth a visit for fresh and affordable tacos, with options like burritos, quesadillas, and tortas available as well.
