Whenever I'm back in Las Vegas, I always head to Ellis Island's Village Pub and Cafe for their unbeatable prime rib and steak and eggs specials-everything is delicious, reasonably priced, and served up with friendly, efficient service. It's a clean, casual spot with a great local vibe, perfect for a satisfying breakfast or dinner away from the hectic Strip.
